shiver me timbers

Ugh... They told me to go home early today. I'll leave out the yucky details, but basically I was sick all day and blood rushes to my head every time I stand or sit up. That part isn't new... just old crap revisiting. It's been an ongoing thing for about a week and a half now. I have a doctors appointment on the first of February and I'm really, really hoping it's just my thyroid being out of whack again because I don't want to play "Find the Diagnosis!" again. I've skipped a dose of meds here or there, so it may actually be that.
